I halved the recipe, but kept the 2 eggs and added about a tablespoon of milk in the batter because it was so dry. I also added more cinnamon and nutmeg, but it still didn’t have a lot of taste. I guess I’ll stick with my Pampered Chef Apple Crumble recipe.

This was great! I added 1/2 cup sugar, more cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg, some vanilla flavoring to the apples...oh and some apple whiskey to add a bit of juice and flavor. For the topping, I increased the melted butter to a stick. My husband was delighted!

This was the best cobbler I've ever had, couldn't believe I made it. Absolutely delicious. I cut down on the sugar though, just thinking of adding that many cups was making me sick, lol. I cut out maybe half a cup of sugar from the topping recipe. Still amazing. And don't skimp on the butter. That's the key ingredient here! 😂

Waaaaaay too dry. I ended up having to add in 4 eggs to get the crust, it still came out too dry. There needs to be some sort of innerds other than just apple

Turned out delicious! The cobbler was watery after i took it out the oven so maybe next time i will add some flour to the apples. But the taste was great! Definitely will make again 😊

Have made this three times so far with great results. The second time I even messed up by forgetting to add sugar to the topping and fixed it by just sprinkling sugar on top which everyone loved. I’ve found that 1 cup of sugar is the right level of topping sweetness.

This amazing. This is the third batch I’ve made in the past week. I added a pinch of cinnamon in the crust the 2nd time and we didn’t like any better or less than the first batch, which was made according to the recipe. If YOU CANNOT BAKE, YOU CAN MAKE THIS EASILY. I’d also recommend yellow delicious or Jonathan apples.

This was very good and so very easy! It has a nice crispy crust and very flavorful. I cut down some on the sugar because my apples were very sweet, and I also added a couple tablespoons of lemon juice. I definitely will make this again!
