- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter (chilled and cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup apple (finely chopped Envy)
- 1/2 cup chips (cinnamon)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg yolk (lightly beaten)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 apple ( small Envy, cored and thinly sliced)
- maple sugar (I purchased mine at The Spice House)
- 1 butter ( recipe Maple, below)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
