It turned out reasonably well, I had to bake it a little longer than the recipe called for and I felt the quantity of the seasonings called for were to small. Besides from those issues it was a good recipe.

Delicious bread. The bake time was off for me, my loaf needed 55 minutes. I used a dark nonstick bread pan. I had read the comments on the recipe and after following the measurements exactly, I've determined that those complaining that the recipe calls for too much cinnamon either had not made the bread or prefer bland food. The ginger and the apples balance the cinnamon nicely. My only deviations from the recipe as written - the bake time and I used honey crisp apples. Pairs well with hot cup of tea or coffee any time of day.

So good! I made this for my roommates and me and we ate it in two days! I had to make another loaf right away! :)
