- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk (from a can blended prior to adding)
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- coconut (oilto grease pan 1-2 tbsp or as needed)
- 2 apples (large, I used pink lady but any cooking apple will work - peeled and sliced or chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
