It turned out great, during the coved-19 we use what we have. In a couple days I am picking up a flat of raspberries. I think this would be yummy with raspberries and will try. Super easy to make, very versatile. I put a dollop of coconut cream on top of mine!!
Made this a 2nd time, added one apple and 1 cup fresh raspberries.......so GOOD. My husband served himself and ate at least 2 cups in one serving.
Adding a comment to this delicious recipe I have shared with family members. If you like a sprinkle of salt on your oatmeal as I do I added to the recipe 1/2 tsp salt. The variations are endless. Last time I used dates!!
