I’m a little disappointed, not going to lie! I followed the recipe to a tee, with an exchange of Granny Smith for the pink ladies I had on hand. They were lacking in flavor and the texture was almost rubbery. I think if you’re going for subtle taste this is a good recipe, but the texture was waaaay off for me. Could work for others, just wasn’t the biggest fan of this one!

These turned out great. Great flavor, moist and light. Next time I will double the recipe though. As is the recipe made 6 regular muffins
