Beautiful! Easy to make and a simple set of ingredients. I added an extra apple and put chocolate chips in between the layers for more flavor. It definitely needed it! It would have been pretty bland without. I doubled the cinnamon but still barely tasted it. Overall, good recipe, not too sweet, and easy to follow along. Does need those changes to bring it to life along with an extra 15-25 minutes of baking time.

Needs one tablespoon (not one teaspoon) cinnamon to 48g sugar. Needs 2 apples as I could barely taste the one apple the recipe calls for. Easy to put together, but for me, it was just meh. Maybe some chocolate chips and/or walnuts with the cinnamon-sugar mix would make it better. And yes, as mentioned by other reviewers here, bake time needs more than 40 min; at least 50 min. Be sure to test for done-ness.

Did need a longer cooking time 50-60mins but it turned out great! Will definitely make again!

Made two mini loaves. Baked 40 minutes. Delicious!

This recipe did take an hour to bake. Next time I will swirl the cinnamon into the batter like the directions said, I really need to read to the end. It is a very light bread, almost like a coffee cake and easy to put together

Needed a lot of extra cooking time, which caused a little dryness on the edges. Used half the sugar and it tasted great!

Was seriously so good!! I would recommend cutting down on the sugar a bit if you prefer something a little less sweet like some of my family members but for me it was perfect! So delicious! Will be making it again very soon. ♥️

The time is way off, it is more like 55-60 minutes. I took it out of the loaf pan to find the middle raw and am having to bake on a cookie sheet so hopefully it will get done now

this bread was great! not too sweet like a cake. mine had to bake for 60m and was perfect.

turned out really well. had to add a few more minutes for it to cook. and i think next time i will mix some of the apples and cinnamon throughout

It was OK. The apples were great but I think it needs more (maybe 2 apples instead of 1). My family and I didn't care much for the cake flavor plus it was a bit dry.

Baked this with my best friend - had a blast & the finished product was delicious! 👌👌 We added a little oatmeal and a few shaved almonds for a little flair!
