- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 5 apples (cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (powder)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. butter ([I used salted, you can use unsalted butter as well])
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. granulated white sugar
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
