- 1 Tbsp. cayenne

- 2 bunches green onions (thinly sliced)

- 1 cup Kalamata olives (chopped)
- 2 lemons
- 1 cup apple cider (or apple juice)
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup mustard (coarse)
- 1 cup white onion (or yellow, finely diced)

Too much salt! I Used less than half what was recommended & it was still too salty but once I added more potatoes it tasted great.

This was really good but didn't need all that salt. The olives have enough salt adding more made it really salty but still good. Will make again!

My go-to potato salad! I make it a little differently by cutting up the potatoes first and cooking for less time, but I love having this recipe.
