We used 2" thick, center cut, boneless pork chops and also added 2 Tbsp Plum preserves and 1 Tbsp molasses to the glaze. DELICIOUS!

Excellent flavor. Great combination of ingredients. Only marinated this for about 15 minutes, going to try it a little longer next time. Would also be good on chicken or steak. My new go to marinade.

The flavor was great. I would recommend simmering the glaze until it thickens a bit.

Amazing!! I definitely recommend simmering the glaze for a little bit, the thicker it gets the better!!

These is the best pork chop recipe I have ever made! I have three very picky eaters that rated these 10 stars. I will definitely be making these again!

These were the best pork chops I've ever made! I might add a little more maple syrup just to thicken the sauce/glaze, but otherwise I will definitely make this again!!
