Very good! Cleaning out the fridge. Had carrots and found this recipe. Added a red apple, a banana, a little almond butter and milk and protein. Used clover honey to sweeten. Raw foods always give me the feel goods!

It turned out great, I added protein powder and substituted cinnamon instead of honey/sugar for less calories.

Added some oats and seeds. Ignored the sugar. Instead of milk i put water. It turned out great!
