- 3 Tbsp. grape juice (reduced, – wine syrup, recipe – down bellow;)
- 270 grams all purpose flour
- 10 grams baking powder
- 3 grams salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 170 grams unsalted butter (at room temperature;)
- 50 grams granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 600 grams white grape juice (I used Italia variety;)
- 100 grams white wine (floral and aromatic, I used Viognier.)
