The whole family really enjoyed this! It is a little sweet but not too sweet. I just wasn't sure if I would like a sweet meatloaf. Turns out, I do!!! This will definitely be a repeat recipe in our household. Highly recommend trying it.

I usually use herbs in meatloaf. adding the cider vinegar made it different than what I expect from a meatloaf and it was quite surprising. the only error I made was using straight beef. Came out a little dry. You got to learn from your mistakes :)

I hate most meatloaf and this is fantastic, I add a little extra apple butter to the meat mixture and it’s perfect

I used a mixture of ground beef and pork and substituted heavy whipping cream for the milk. It took longer to cook through than described, which has not been my typical experience with my oven. I think next time I will make it in a casserole dish to cook it faster and have more surface area of the meat coated with the glaze. After it finally temped 160° I broiled it for a few minutes to caramelize the glaze. This recipe is moist and delicious and with some minor tweaks could easily make it into the standard dinner rotation in our house.

This was delicious. Used dried onions and no salt. That was the only change. Will definitely make again.

Our family loved it! Our new favorite. They now want me to make it at a party. I did change out the plain bread crumbs for seasoned stuffing which adds much more taste and keeps the meat moist.

Hearty and sweet. Our two young boys ate it up with no complaints. The wife and I substituted ground turkey for beef. We paired it with french cut green beans and mash taters. I have to say it was juicy and delicious.

Turned out great ! My meatloaf lover inhaled it!
It is a bit sweeter than we like though we added plain ketchup and it toned down the sweet.
I have already had a request for remaking this so next time I think I will use twice as much ketchup and 1/2 the amount of apple butter in the glaze and just maybe a tad more apple cider vinegar to quell the sweetness a bit. But I am so glad I tried this because all in all it’s a super easy recipe that takes no time at all! It’s delicious! Made it in the warmer weather so served it with pasta salad. Can hardly wait to try a potato side dish! Thank you!

My daughter is a picky eater so I thought she might not like the change. She loved it!
