- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 cup Smucker's Cider Apple Butter
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 1/2 cups apples (peeled, chopped)
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans (finely chopped)
- 3.4 oz. vanilla instant pudding mix (1 package)
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz. frozen whipped topping (1 container, not thawed)
- 8 oz. crushed pineapple (1 can, well drained)
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans (finely chopped)

Directions
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup tube pan with no-stick flour cooking spray. STEP TWO
- BEAT cake ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer at medium speed just until blended, about 2 minutes. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- BAKE 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Place cake on serving plate.
