My family loves this recipe for bread pudding, I added a little coconut to it

I ended up swapping out the granny smith apples for honeycrisp apples (as I prefer a bit sweeter taste), but it came out delicious 😋.

It was good. Could have been a bit more moist. Next time I will cook for 40 min instead of 50.

Very delicious. Used a combination of both almond milk and regular skim milk, Wolf River apples instead of Granny Smith!
