- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour (I haven't tested this with any other flours, fyi)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (finely ground in food processor, measure first, then put in the food processor, once finely ground, the measurement will be different)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 Tbsp. grassfed butter (unsalted, cut into small pieces and put back in the fridge to get cold again)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. ice water
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup low-fat greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. raw sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 Honeycrisp apples (medium, or your favorite! thinly sliced, you can peel them if you'd like, but I never do)
- 19 blackberries (I didn't measure this in cups, though I'd guess about 1 cup but I only needed one small container)
- 3 Tbsp. honey
