- 1/2 cup oatmeal (old-fashioned, not instant, preferably McCann's Irish Oatmeal)

- 1 cup whipping cream (coconut cream, can for dairy-free)
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Irish whiskey (I used Jameson)
