Delicious.. I had some chopped apples leftover, about a cup. I added a little butter, cinnamon and sugar and microwaved for 1 minute. Oh boy…goodness!

yummy and moist, but not quite sweet enough for me. next time I will add chocolate or peanut chips.

One would think these little muffins are from heaven! They're extremely easy to make. No frustration about missing ingredients. I thought there's no way these could be sweet & moist
without SOME kinda sugar! I call uncle...Delicious and almost gone already!
*one suggestion double the recipe.
Everyone will want/eat at least two.
*Oh yeah I threw in peanut butter chips too!

Delicious very moist.will definetly make this again. Added oats to the batter as well.
