Delicious and easy I did bake the squash at 350 for 45 minutes so I didn’t have to cut it up. it’s sweet and spicy. I drizzle pumpkin oil on each serving, with homemade croutons. There’s a so,liar weight watcher recipe that’s good too, but I like this better
