Great base recipe, easy to swap out ingredients. The cheese and red pepper filling is superb.
These do not last long!

This was a hit at my New Year’s Eve party! 32 of them only lasted about four minutes. Delicious!

It turned out great i only had a block of mozzarella cheese and it was good. I also used yellow and red peppers.

They were a big hit! I used red, yellow and orange peppers for color, but the recipe needs to be corrected from “3 T”. It must be tsp. Otherwise, you run out of cheese filling.

After I tried it, amazing by the way, i tried it with crab, or added mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. I have also added spinach which was all wonderful
