- 20 g raisins
- Cinnamon
- 100 g filo dough (five layers)
- 25 g Nougatines
- Egg (for brushing)
- Vanillasauce (or make your own!)

Directions
- Preheat the oven at 200 C
- Dice the apple and mix with the raisins and cinnamon into a nice tasty mixture
- Wrap it in the filo dough. It doesn't necessarily need to close up.
