- 250 grams wheat (½ pack Whole, Or Gluten Free pasta)
- 1 lb. butternut squash (cut to small cubes)
- 2 zucchini (dark, cut to small cubes)
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil (3 for baking, 3 for cooking)
- 3 Tbsp. dried basil (1½ for baking, 1½ for cooking, Spices)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or as you desire crushed, Spices)
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt (or sea, ¼ tbs. for baking, the rest is for cooking, Spices)
- 1 dash ground black pepper (Spices)
- 1 onion (cut to large slices)
- 6 sun dried tomatoes (Soak in water for about an hour, strain then chop)
- 1 handful Kalamata olives
