- 2 cups peach (thinly sliced, and/or apricots)
- 1 banana (large, sliced)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. liqueur
- 2 cups frozen fat free whipped topping
- 4 angel food cake, cut into cubes

Directions
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Promise® Buttery Spread over medium heat and cook peaches and banana, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until starting to soften. Sprinkle with brown sugar and orange liqueur. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar is melted. Add blueberries and cook until they start to burst, about 2 minutes. Evenly spoon onto cake bottoms; top with cake then whipped topping.
