- 1 lb. chicken (Cooked Shredded, we prefer boneless skinless chicken breast but you can use thigh or leg quarters just make sure to remove fat and skin)
- 2 cups low fat low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 pkg. angel hair pasta (approximately 8ounces uncooked cooked until just soft – will finish cooking in oven)
- 1/3 cup non fat sour cream
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco or similar)
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning (Dried, Blend, 1/3 Tsp. Oregano, ⅓ Tsp. Thyme, ⅓ Tsp. Basil)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- black pepper (as desired)

I had half and half, full fat sour cream, and chicken thighs, so that is what I used. I also thought it needed veggies, so I added peas carrots and broccoli. I also think this recipe would be delicious with sun dried tomatoes. It was dinner and the family loved it!

Some minor substituting for things we already had in the fridge (spaghetti for angel hair), or were missing, but turned out really good. Will be making this again.

Tweeked a bit... used Alfrado sauce, pesto, heavy cream, worcestershire, mushrooms, garlic, bread crumbs, and other spices. So good!!
