    Easy to make but I thought they would be a little lighter/fluffier. They were tasty though.

    I made these for brunch and they were delicious. I only had plain flour, so I added 4 tsp of baking powder in total. I made some with blueberries, others with cherries and a few white chocolate. Best pancakes I've ever made!
