- 16 oz. elbow macaroni (I used brown rice pasta)

This was really yummy! I make a similar recipe on the stove, but it’s nice making it in the crockpot. I omitted the green pepper for preference. I cooked on high for 3 hours, then added the pasta. I checked after 15 minutes, and I had to add more liquid. I decided to add another 14.5 can of Italian diced tomatoes and another can of water. I also added 4 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce, which my other recipe calls for. Cooked for another 30 minutes after adding the additional liquid. I added a little salt and pepper to taste too. This makes a tremendous amount of food, more like 8 servings. Will definitely make again with my alterations.
