This is my new go to recipe for cranberry bread. My search has ended. It's very moist and so delicious.

Was the batter very thick or did I do something wrong? It is in the oven now so hopefully it was supposed to be dense. Smells delicious even now. I am practicing recipes for Thanksgiving. I do that to be sure that new recipes I try will turn out well on Thanksgiving Day.

It was amazing! Moist and flavorful. I added a teaspoon of vanilla extract as well as a glaze of one cup confectioners sugar, a tablespoon of orange zest and two tablespoons of fresh orange juice. If the glaze is too thick add a little more orange juice.
