- 1/2 bell pepper
- 6 slices sun dried tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. chickpea flour
- 1 Tbsp. semolina (can be replaced with rice flour)
- vegetable oil (for frying)

- pepper
- dried herbs (thyme or marjoram are perfect)

I added black beans and cilantro. I didn’t do a good job of draining the pumpkin of its moisture so I needed to add a lot of flour. Very tasty though.
