Made with chopped onion, cheddar cheese, and southwest hash brown potatoes.
Husband loved it! Thanks for the baseline recipe 😊

I added onions, mushrooms, grape tomatoes and yellow peppers to this recipe. I boiled my potatoes prior to cooking. This took 30 minutes to cook. Everyone love this dish. I will make this again.

Very good I cut the recipe in half added onion, garlic and pepper flakes used half liquid eggs and whole eggs and it was fabulous will do this again.

Turned out awesome! Only thing I’d suggest is precook the potatoes in a skillet because your cook time will be longer than what’s said in the recipe

While the flavor isn’t bad, the potatoes weren’t cooked and it took twice as long to cook. Definitely wont make it “as is” again.

It was really good! I added cheese, and I used red potatoes instead. I also seasoned it a bit more. It also takes longer to cook than the recipe suggests. I think I would add veggies to it next time, and just make a smaller portion because there was sooo much of it left over.

Yummy recipe, agree with the other comment. The casserole took much longer than 20-25 minutes to bake. I ended up baking the casserole for 35ish minutes.
