These cookies were super light and yummy. I substituted 2 tablespoons of brown sugar with applesauce. I’ll add some nuts next time.

Loved it! I used butter, however, since I was low on coconut butter and used gluten free flour instead of oat flour as well as maple syrup instead of brown sugar.
