- 3 oz. applesauce (unsweetened natural)
- 1/4 cup vegan butter (melted, I used earth balance in the red tub)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup blueberries (I used fresh but frozen probably works too)

They were so good! I had to substitute for soy milk but it tasted fine. I also made the smaller muffins and only cooked them for 16 min. They aren’t super sweet but they’re really tasty!
