UPDATE: Delicious. Fantastic. Recipe needs a little tweaking (the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars), but this was the airiest, lightest cheesecake I’ve ever made. Everyone loved it.
Haven’t eaten it yet but the recipe seems faulty. I had way too much filling for my springform pan. The crust seems kind of soggy. I am not hopeful. Also, this takes far more than 1 3/4 hours. It’s prep time, 90 minutes cooking time, then let it sit in a cooling oven for another 2 hours. Start early.
