Delicious. Used leftover mashed potatoes. I didn't have green chilies, so I used red Thai chilis (hot!) I didn't have coriander leaves but I put in half a tablespoon of ground coriander and it seemed to work. Also used half amount of ginger as I used ground instead of fresh. Will make again!
