- 4 large potatoes (boiled and peeled)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 green chillies (chopped fine)
- 1 inch ginger (piece, grated)
- 1/2 tsp. chat masala
- 1/2 tsp. chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder (roasted)
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ajwain (or carom seeds)
- 1/2 cup ghee (homemade, or butter)
