- 1 head cauliflower (cut into small florets)
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala (or curry powder)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. mustard seeds
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 10 oz. frozen peas
- 1 tsp. kosher salt (plus more to taste)
- herbs (small handful chopped, I used mint and parsely, but use whatever you have - cilantro, basil, and scallion greens are all good)

Not as spiced as I would prefer a curry to be, but my kid enjoyed it's mildness and the flavors were distinguishable. I would use only 2 medium sized potatoes for this recipe.
