Tasted good, I added another tomato and masala according to my preference

It is a decent recipe. Not very authentic for my liking. I had to triple the spice level.

Very tasty recipe! My only suggestion would be to fry the potatoes separately 15-20 minutes or until tender beforehand. And then add them when the recipe calls for it because potatoes added after tomatoes always take a long time to cook. I had to keep going back and adding water to soften them. Other than that, it was yummy.
