- 1 bartlett pear (peeled and diced)
- 14 oz. whole berry cranberry sauce (1 can)
- 1 tsp. lemon zest

Directions
- Place pear in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel and microwave on high until pear is tender, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add cranberry sauce and lemon zest and stir until smooth. Serve immediately, let sauce stand at room temperature up to 2 hours, or refrigerate up to 4 days.
