- 1 cup almond milk (I made my own, see method below, or you can buy it for about $7/L, or whatever milk you like)
- 3 tsp. drinking chocolate
- 3 squares dark chocolate
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (I used Trade Aid’s stuff)
- 1/2 tsp. molasses (– adds delicious richness and an iron boost : – use a little less chocolate or it’ll be too sweet., optional)
