- 1/4 cup tahini (black)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup pistachios (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 cup pepitas
- 1 3/4 cups quinoa (puffed)
- 400 grams dark chocolate (I use 70%)
- sea salt (Flaked, for sprinkling)
- 2 Tbsp. pistachios (finely chopped, for sprinkling)
