- 1 margarine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 spice (pie, or cinnamon, if desired)
- 2 cups coconut (shredded sweetened)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (chilled, or stick vegan margarine, cut into pieces)
