- 80 grams quince paste (you can substitute fig jam)
- 3 large eggs (separated)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 75 grams cake flour
- 125 grams ground almonds

- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
