Turned out fluffy, but still they seemed a bit dry, but wonderful once you put syrup on them

My kids loved these, but I thought they were only okay. We have celiac in my house, so we are used to the GF flours and heavy pancakes. These were fluffy, but still grainy because of the almond flour.
