    SOOO GOOD! I cut the “sugar” in half, and it was really good. The texture is definitely different from regular cookies, and it is softer in consistency. When you are mixing the dough it seems like it will be to liquidy but it’s not. I also substituted the erithritol with half white monkfruit sugar and half brown monkfruit sugar. 👌🏼 Didn’t use the stevia powder.

    I loved these! I didn’t have eggs so I used chia seed egg replacement hack. And some gluten free egg replacer powder mixed with water to ensure enough leavening. Very tasty and healthy!
