This was not a good recipe for me. I’m not quite sure what was off with it, but I don’t think I’ll try it again. I did substitute 1/2c hazelnut flour and agave syrup instead of the maple syrup.

Delicious, addicting, and overall easy crowd pleaser. I now make a double batch every week. I add chocolate chips. I toast a slice and put almond butter in top. You can also sub gluten free all purpose flour if you don’t have almond flour and still delicious.

Easy to assemble. Very tasty. Everyone in the family loved it ... even the non- gluten free members. It was a hit!
