- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tsp. sea salt (divided)
- 1/2 cup unsalted almond butter (see notes above)
- 1 garlic clove (small)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 Tbsp. gluten free tamari sauce
- 2 tsp. raw honey (or maple syrup)
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 2 zucchini (large, spiralized into thin noodles, optional, see notes above, I omitted here)
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds (or black, for garnish, optional)
