- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (can sub in cinnamon)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup almond meal (I bought it at Trader Joe’s)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup oil (canola or vegetable works)
- 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves (low sugar)
- almonds (Additional, for garnish, optional)
