    I replaced the flour with gluten free flour and it didn’t turn out great. But I also think that my skillet was not greased enough.

    Wonderful! Used regular sugar and had peanut butter and banana with maple syrup on top!

    Best pancakes I've ever made. After the first time I made these, I replaced all-purpose flour with cake flour and that seemed to make them fluffier. I used this recipe just because I only had almond milk on hand, but this is my new go-to. Thanks!
