    Surprisingly tasty! The pancakes were a little bland for our taste so we added some almond extract and a teaspoon of maple syrup. We left off the whipped cream. It didn't make many pancakes so if you're cooking for multiple humans, I would double the recipe. The berry reduction is yummy and really hot and it compliments the almond well.
