- 115 grams Flora Buttery
- 115 grams ground almonds
- 115 grams caster sugar
- 1 Tbsp. plain flour
- 2 Tbsp. skimmed milk
- flaked almonds (to sprinkle, optional)

Directions
- Grease and flour 2 baking sheets.
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook, stirring over a low heat until Flora melts.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls, 10cm (4 inch) apart onto baking sheets. Sprinkle with flaked almonds if liked. Bake one sheet at a time in centre of pre-heated oven 190°C, 170°C fan, gas mark 5 until the edges of the biscuits are brown and the centres are bubbling.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute, then lift each wafer onto a greased rolling pin with a palette knife and leave to harden. Allow to cool on a wire tray.
- Serve with an exotic fruit salad.
