- 3 Tbsp. flax meal
- 1 cup slivered almonds (I use the plain almonds from Whole Foods)
- 1 cup coconut (shaved, I use the large shaved pieces from Whole Foods)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (salted)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (real)
- 1 dash canela
- 1 tsp. EVOO
- 1 tsp. almond extract
